Warranty and Refunds
All GTEYE products are covered by a 3 YEAR WARRANTY against workmanship and material defect or failure, from date of purchase.
In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase or change your mind, we will gladly refund your purchase upon return of the goods.
Return of goods at buyers expense, GTEYE must be notified in writing prior to any returns within 30 days of receipt of goods.
GTEYE warrants products against defects in material or workmanship for a period of 3 years from date of purchase. If you experience a suspected defective product acquired from GTEYE, please contact GTEYE before returning the product along with proof of purchase.
In addition, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Please note; that Logitech has the right to refuse warranty of your pedals once you dismantle them.
